About Me
Michelle Stupar N.C.,R.M. is a nutrition consultant, Reiki master, intuitive, and advocate for not only organic farming/green living but children's related issues. She came to the field as a result of experiencing firsthand the many benefits of using nutrition and diet as remedies for illness. She and her daughter suffered from a number of illnesses , caught in the cycle of doctor's visit's and antibiotics, these maladies continued proving to be disruptive and expensive.
Ms. Stupar intuitively felt she was not being told the "whole story", that there was information missing that she needed to turn things around. Her first introduction into the world of nutrition was through a physician and writer by the name of Dr. Joseph Mercola. That encounter spurred Ms. Stupar on her journey, pursuing extensive scientific research into the relationship between optimum health and nutrition. After making many changes into her diet, she was able to transform her own health and the health of her daughter.
Convinced that diet and detoxing is the foundation to getting and sustaining good health, Ms. Stupar incorporated it into her work with children and their families, strongly suggesting to parents to change
the family diet rather than medicating the children or themselves, many times the end results were successful and life changing.
Encouraged by colleagues, former clients, friends and family to continue teaching the benefits of nutrition and to help guide people to a happy, healthy life, Michelle Stupar started Healing Garden 4U.
A program for children is available in response to the staggering statistic's involving American children and diabetes, that has hit epidemic proportions. It is estimated that about 11% of children are obese and slightly more than 14% are overweight, 25% of obese children under 10 years of age have diabetes or pre-diabetes as opposed to 20 years ago, only about 2% of all cases of new-onset diabetes (type 2) were in people between 9 and 19 years old. Now about 30% to 50% of new cases are among this group.
Michelle Stupar continues to study progressive nutritional therapies considering the field to be one of a life long learning. Ms. Stupar also studies various forms of energetic healing techniques and shamanic practices, combining the wisdom of the "ancient ones" along with today's scientific progress. She proudly walks in the footsteps of her Great Grandparents, both Master Herbalists and healers from German and Native American decent.
